This strand of my practice turns creative work into a form of protest and provocation — using art to confront issues I feel compelled to respond to, from the environmental to the political.

Flaming Fleeces - on Cumbrian farmers' inability to sell raw fleeces for enough to cover the cost of production, let alone their true value
Whited Sepulchres and Rock Solid II - Protest Installation against the proposed GDF (nuclear waste storage) sited under the sea off the coast of south Cumbria, planned with little real community awareness of its impact.
