Nature In Mind

Artist Irene Rogan and Anna Dixon collaborated with Framework for people experiencing homelessness. We travelled to Attenborough Nature Centre Nottingham and particiopants were invited to join in an exploratory pondipping event, collecting water cand using a microscope to observe microorganisms and plantlife. They created artwork and poetic responses inspired by their experience of looking at the hidden world of microorganisms.
It was noted afterwards, that some participants expressed a renewed sense of hope and enjoyment as a result of close encounters with nature. Nature in Mind is a Framework, Nottingham initiatative.
